Our Story, Your Opportunity
Flexible. Supportive. Industry-Ready.
Changing Healthcare Careers for Everyone

Built to Break Down Barriers
ClearHive Pro began with a simple vision: to create real access for any student ready to enter or grow in healthcare, regardless of location, financial situation, or life circumstances. Back in North Carolina, founder Kayla Dixon watched too many talented, hardworking people give up on their dream careers because they could not quit their jobs, move to a city, or fit rigid programs into busy schedules. Whether it was caring for family, clocking in at odd hours, or facing long commutes, these challenges kept doors closed. ClearHive Pro opened in 2026 with the idea that learning should fit the student - not the other way around. Flexible, online, and hybrid programs were the answer. Every program we offer now is designed to be completed without sacrificing work or family time, using weekly milestones that make progress feel achievable and steady. Our tuition model intentionally includes certification exam prep and most exam costs so that students can focus on their studies, not surprise bills. From the very first cohort, our mission has always been to lift education barriers and guide more people into confident, in-demand healthcare roles.
Kayla Dixon, Founder
Founder and Visionary
Kayla Dixon knows what it means to juggle late-night study breaks with childcare and a day job—a journey many of her students share. Before starting ClearHive Pro, Kayla worked as a medical assistant and later mentored career changers in healthcare training right here in North Carolina. She kept hearing the same frustrations from smart, motivated people who wanted stability, a sense of purpose, and the chance to help others but could not access traditional programs due to cost, time, or logistics.

This lit a spark: why not build a digital and hybrid campus where students could stay accountable, feel supported, and reach big goals on their own terms? In 2026, she launched ClearHive Pro to be just that—an education community centered on flexibility and connection, not red tape. Kayla leads by listening, always working to keep the student experience personal, transparent, and focused on real-world skills. Her door (and inbox) is always open for advice, encouragement, or a quick "you've got this" when it counts most.
