ClearHive Pro Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ClearHive Pro’s website, educational programs, services, and text messaging program. By using our website, purchasing a course, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.

Course Purchases and Refund Policy

All ClearHive Pro course purchases are final and non-refundable.

Course materials, supplies, student kits, digital resources, vendor resources, and other items may be purchased, prepared, or assigned individually for each student. Because students may receive immediate access to digital materials and personalized resources, refunds will not be provided after purchase.

Students should contact ClearHive Pro directly regarding access problems, course concerns, or payment-related issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Course Access and Completion

Students enrolled in the DOT Specimen Collector Training Program have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to complete the self-paced course and required mock training.

Students who do not complete both portions within 30 days may be required to pay a $50 extension fee before continuing.

Students may retain access to the course for as long as the learning platform remains available. Permanent or lifetime access is not guaranteed if the platform closes, changes its services, or becomes unavailable.

Course materials are provided for the enrolled student’s individual educational use. Materials may not be copied, recorded, shared, reproduced, sold, distributed, or uploaded to another platform without written permission from ClearHive Pro.

Vendor and Business Resources

Vendor names, laboratory resources, background screening providers, DNA testing providers, house account information, supply recommendations, pricing suggestions, and business resources are provided for educational purposes only.

ClearHive Pro does not guarantee that any student will be approved by a particular vendor, laboratory, provider, employer, or agency.

Each student is responsible for applying for, opening, and maintaining their own vendor and laboratory accounts directly with the appropriate company. ClearHive Pro does not recommend purchasing vendor accounts, laboratory accounts, or “house accounts” from unauthorized individuals on Facebook, social media, or other third-party platforms.

Externships and Employment

Externships, clinical placements, hands-on opportunities, employment, job placement, and employer acceptance are not guaranteed.

Students are responsible for confirming any additional requirements established by employers, certification organizations, state agencies, or other applicable entities.

SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

By selecting the SMS opt-in option and submitting your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from ClearHive Pro sent from 252-378-7509.

Messages may include:

Appointment and mock-training reminders
Course access and enrollment updates
Class or scheduling notifications
Payment and account reminders
Responses to customer-support requests
General customer-care communications

Message frequency varies based on your enrollment, appointments, account activity, and support needs.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and stop receiving text messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing a course, product, or service.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

ClearHive Pro does not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
