This package does not include DOT qualification. It's designed for people who already have training or have started their business but need direction.
You will complete an intake assessment first. Then i will identify your biggest needs and build your mentorship around your top three priorities.
These priorities could include brand identity, marketing, pricing, services, getting collections, employer outreach, collection-site setup, mobile collections, TPAs/vendors, networking, business organization, customer experience, social media, policies, workflows or creating a 90-day growth strategy.
Includes: Business assessment/Audit, 60 minute private strategy session, customized action plan focused on your top three priorities, Skool access and one 30 minute follow-up session.
Best for: Someone who doesn't need another certification but more help to scale your business.
ClearHive Power Hour
One problem. One hour. A clear plan.
This is a focused 60 minute private strategy session for someone who doesn't need an entire mentorship program but needs expertise on a specific issue.
You will submit your topic/questions beforehand so you're not spending the first 30 minutes figuring out why you are there.
Topics could include pricing, marketing, collection setup, employer accounts, getting collections, business direction, services, branding or troubleshooting a specific problem.
Includes: Pre-session questionnaire, 60-minute private strategy call and clear action steps.
Best for: Someone who needs direction on a specific issue without committing to ongoing mentorship.
And NO after-call unlimited support.
