The first portion of this course is completely self-paced.

You will have 30 calendar days from your purchase date to complete:

  • All online training

  • Required quizzes

  • Required mock collections

Students who do not complete all requirements within 30 days will be charged a $50 Course Extension Fee before training may continue.

The mock qualification cannot be scheduled until the self-paced portion has been successfully completed.

All downloadable resources are yours to keep.

You will continue to have access to the online course after completion for as long as the learning platform remains available.
